Fiat (FIA.MI) chief executive Sergio Marchionne said the Italian carmaker will announce by the end of April an alternative route into the booming Russian market after a planned partnership with local player Sollers collapsed. Last week, the Italian carmaker pledged in a memorandum of understanding to the Russian industry ministry it would still go ahead with plans to build cars in one of the fastest-growing global car markets. But it did not disclose whether it would seek a new partner.
