New York state's attorney general said he is reviewing a proposed acquisition of Deutsche Telekom AG's (DTEGn.DE) T-Mobile by AT&T Inc (T.N) for possible anti-competitive impacts on consumers and businesses. In a statement, Attorney General Eric Schneiderman said he will "closely scrutinize" AT&T's argument about the benefits of the purchase and weigh that against anti-competitive risks.
