Norway's Opera Software (OPERA.OL) said it had agreed to form a joint venture with China's Telling Telecom (000829.SZ) to develop and distribute a customised mobile browser for the Chinese market. Opera said it would own up to 40 percent in the venture through an investment over three years. "Opera is guaranteed a minimum amount of revenue from the joint venture, corresponding to Opera's initial investment," Opera said in an email to Reuters. (Reporting by Joachim Dagenborg)
