Aeon Delight Co , which cleans and manages commercial sites and other locations, will buy housekeeping services Provider Kajitaku Inc for about 1 billion yen ($12 million), the Nikkei business daily reported. The subsidiary of Japanese supermarket operator Aeon Co will buy 90 percent of Kajitaku shares from the company's management, funds and other stockholders on April 28, the newspaper said. Aeon, which plans to use Kajitaku to win contracts for condominium front desk and maintenance operations, will assign directors but retain the current president and other members of the management team, the paper reported.
