But AT&T rivals including Sprint, Cincinnati Bell (CBB.N) and MetroPCS Communications (PCS.N) and Ntelos (NTLS.O) say the FCC should look at the cumulative impact of both deals to U.S. mobile competition, rather than running separate reviews.
