Google's (GOOG.O) chief executive declined to answer a question about the company's reported interest in taking over Twitter on Tuesday. "We love Twitter and I like to tweet," Eric Schmidt answered when asked at the Mobile World Congress fair in Barcelona whether he was interested in Twitter. The reported low-level talks between the two parties valued Twitter at as much as $10 billion, the Wall Street Journal reported last week. Schmidt added that Google's video-sharing site YouTube doubled its revenues last year, without elaborating. Google does not break out YouTube results. (Reporting by Georgina Prodhan)
