Diversified industrial company Eaton Corp said it will buy German filtration products maker Internormen Technology Group for an undisclosed sum to expand its hydraulics business into emerging economies. Internormen has a well-established presence in emerging countries such as Brazil, India and China, and fast-growing markets such as wind power, Eaton said in a statement. Altlussheim, Germany-based Internormen employs about 360 people and had 2010 sales of more than $55 million.
